Size Exchange ✔ Yes Request within 5 days of delivery, product unused & unwashed with original tags
Damaged or Wrong Product ✔ Yes Must provide unboxing video or clear images for verification
Return for Refund (Prepaid Orders Only) ✔ Yes Refund initiated after quality check, with ₹100–₹150 deducted for return shipping
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders ❌ Return Not Available Exchange Only

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Unboxing video or images are mandatory for any return or damage claim.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance may be non-returnable, unless defective.

Once we receive the product and complete a quality check, your:

  • Refund (for eligible prepaid orders) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days
